Rev. Dr. Raymond L. Chandler and First Lady Lesley Chandler faithfully lead Rogers Memorial Baptist Church with vision, unity, and a spirit of excellence. Pastor Chandler is committed to preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God, guiding the congregation with clarity, strength, and a heart for spiritual growth as the church advances into Greater Glory. Lady Lesley serves alongside him with grace and dedication, passionately supporting and empowering women and young people. Together, they model faith, love, and a deep commitment to God’s people.

The mission of Rogers Memorial Baptist Church is to be a True Word Church, Exemplifying Christ, by bringing our lives into harmony with His, and Sharing and Showing the Love of the Savior, in the Spirit of Excellence (John 13:35).

Our vision is to build on the four tenets of FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS, & FINANCE. As we honor God by bringing our lives into harmony with Jesus Christ and with each other in loving fellowship to Exalt the Savior in worship, Equip the Saints for Discipleship, and Evangelize the Sinner in Outreach.
